The filing was made in a U.S. bankruptcy court in Delaware by Reliz Ltd., the parent entity behind BlockFills, along with several affiliated companies.
The company said the bankruptcy process is intended to allow it to reorganize its business and explore strategic alternatives while continuing certain operations during the restructuring process.
